Miss Universe Philippines 2018 Catriona Gray is set to conquer the international stage as she travels to Bangkok, Thailand to compete for the country's fourth Miss Universe title.
Gray shared Thursday on Instagram a photo of herself at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
The beauty queen of Albay, aged 24, posed as a whole green and black while holding the flag of the Philippines.
"In Thailand, to represent my beautiful country, the Philippines at @missuniverse. Philippines, Mahal Kita. I hope to make you proud, "wrote Gray in the caption of his Instagram post.
In another article on Instagram, Gray thanked the people behind his glamorous look on the first official day of his stint at Miss Universe.
She said: "Mabuhay Philippines and Sawadeeka Thailand !!! Thanks to my amazing team / family for my first official MissUniverse glam day! "
Gray will be looking to win another Miss U crown after Pia Wurtzbach's success in 2015 on Dec. 17 at the Impact, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand. / cbb
