Bobby Ray Parks Jr. finally joins the PBA.
Parks, the son of legendary PBA importer Bobby Parks, submitted a bid for the PBA 2018 rookie draft on Thursday, putting an end to speculation about when he would make the leap into Asia's pioneering professional league.
The par excellence player of the UAAP and ASEAN Basketball League announced his decision just days before the December 3 deadline for local players.
Its application increases the number of applications for the PBA Rookie Draft, set at December 16th, at 34.
Before the draft procedure, candidates are required to participate in the traditional preliminary consolidation competition provided for by the Retirement Programs Act on December 12 and 13.
