32 people arrested in Pasig for attempting to defraud investors

A total of 32 people, including foreigners, were arrested in Pasig City for attempting to defraud potential investors, police said.

Three Americans, three Britons, one Canadian, one Ghanaian and 24 Filipinos were captured at the Wilmington Capital Councilors' Office and Tsaifu Elysium Global Inc. office in Ortigas as part of a joint the National Capital Region Police (NCRPO).
