A US airline apologized after a door officer's charge this month of making fun of the unique name of a five-year-old child.

Tracy Redford and her 5 year old daughter, Abcde (pronounced Ab-si-dee), were about to take their Southwest Airlines flight between California and El Paso (Texas), in accordance with ABC13's Nov. 29. , started laughing at the girl's boarding pass, even taking a picture of her to post on social media and making fun of her with her colleagues.

"The door officer started laughing, showing my daughter and I talking to other employees," Traci said. "So I turned around and said, "If I can hear you, my daughter can hear you, so I would appreciate you stopping."

According to Traci, she was informed that the photo of her daughter's boarding pass had been posted on Facebook, where she was mocked.

"This has been brought to my attention by someone who saw it on Facebook and reported it to Southwest Airlines, "she continued in the report. "And after two weeks of official complaint, Southwest did not do anything."

Tracy has since used the unpleasant experience as a life lesson for little Abcde. After being questioned by the girl about why the gatekeeper was making fun of her, Traci told her, "Not everyone is nice and everyone is not going to be nice and it's unfortunate. "

Meanwhile, Southwest Airlines issued a statement in which it apologized to the family for this incident, claiming that live by the golden rule – treat each person with respect, in person and online – was part of the hospitality of its guests.
