We all know that Fortnite is an extremely fun game filled with multiplayer shenanigans for players of all ages. But for some, this is a total addiction, especially for kids who want nothing more than unlocking extra attire in the game. And apparently, it's to the point where some parents have acted.
Based on this Twitter Moment thread, some "desperate" parents have already started sending their children to a video game rehabilitation program. "This game is like heroin," says Lorrine Marer, a British behavior specialist. "Once you're hooked, it's hard to get off the hook."
Bloomberg's TicToc has released the first report on the subject, which you can see in the video below.

And others have expressed concern about children playing too much in the world FortniteAccording to Joe Weisenthal, some probably see their grades and their sleep patterns affected by the game. You can see his tweet below.

And it's not just children. Apparently, according to Weisenthal, "Fortnite Last year, 200 divorce cases were cited in the UK. Jesse Felder, a Twitter user, had documents to explain this further, as well as information that professional athletes had interfered with the game.

This comes on the heels of the news that Fortnite has just exceeded more than 200 million registered players, becoming one of the most popular games on the market at the present time, if not the the most popular.
Epic Games made no comment on this, but some fans have already commented that they are not really to blame – it's probably a bad education affair.
This has nothing to do with @ EpicGames or the game in general, just the bad parents. Rehab for shit like this is so exaggerated. Just break their devices into pieces and take out the belt .. save the money from the lmao rehabilitation

It's a good thing that these kids did not discover World of Warcraft while it was really fun

You can not put parental control on the consoles? I'm pretty sure you can. Especially if it's Switch ..
