Phoenix's quarter-final ranking in the PBA Governors' Cup remains an open question.
There is no if and of but regarding Blackwater.
It is with such ideas in mind that the Fuel Masters and Elite meet on Sunday as they complete their playoff rounds at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
"It's a war," said Blackwater coach Bong Ramos, while waiting for the game.
Given what is at stake, nothing less should be offered.

Phoenix still has a chance to be No. 2 and a two-fold advantage in the eight-team shifts he wins and stands alongside Magnolia Ang Pambansang Manok and Alaska, the first having an advantage over 2.
A defeat would raise the Fuel Masters to a level as low as No. 6 and a handicap two times larger than the third ranked Ace of Alaska.
"We just have to deal with the case para kami # 2," said Phoenix coach Louie Alas.
The picture is much clearer for Blackwater.
An elite victory would give them the 4th place and a victory advantage over the fifth ranked team. A loss, however, would drop them to No. 5.

Ramos knows exactly where his team is and the type of opposition he is fighting against. "Phoenix is a strong team," he said.
"We must first play a tough defense, we need to make extra efforts in defense," added Ramos.
Ramos 'main concern is how to stop Eugene Phelps' import through Phoenix and for good reason. The man known as "El Destructor" recorded an average of 31.10 points, 18.5 rebounds and 3.2 blocks per exit.
But it 's not just Phelps that Calvin Abueva, Matthew Wright, RJ Jazul, JC Intal, LA Revilla and Justin Chua are also invading Ramos' mind.
"We need to limit their import and premises," Ramos said. "They play very well as a team."
Like Blackwater, Phoenix also just won a victory, but sadly said his team had to play much better than in a 103-97 win over Rain or Shine.
"There are a lot of bad habits and we have to stop them, we have to control them," said Alas after the match of the Elasto Painters, referring mainly to how his team started with the least of the world and accumulated 16 points in the third quarter.
This will just not be the case of a Blackwater crew led by Henry Walker.
"Henry Walker is very very smart, so we have to do a lot better against Blackwater," said Alas. "Hindi p wedeng gawin is iyon blackwater."
Indeed, Walker has a competent support staff, led mainly by Mike Digregorio, JP Erram, Pinto Nards, Allein Maliksi and Mac Belo. (NORTH CAROLINA)
