Eya Laure ready for the role that Tigresses has for her

Finally, after a long wait, Eya Laure turns to the senior team of the University of Santo Tomas. She is more than willing to do everything in her power to impose herself in her new playing field.

She took advantage of this period to introduce him to the Premier Volleyball League as a as a guest player for the Tigresses.

"I'm getting ready in every possible way so that I can help my team," said Laure in the Philippines after 25-23, 25-22, 25-16 in the UST, won by the # 39, University of Perpetual Help Wednesday at Filoil Flying V.

Laure has only two games in his career senior and she still finds her legitimate place in the team after becoming one of the best players in the history of the UAAP.

During her high school years, Laure was once a player of the year, rookie of the year, better Attac. ker, Best Setter, and twice the best opponent Hitter making her the most versatile rookie UST had in recent memory.

Laure said that she wants to become an opponent's best hitter once the 81 UAAP season begins, as she will share the front line with Cherry Rondina, Milena Alessandrini, and the older sister EJ.

"I'm focusing on becoming an opponent hitter instead of being a setter," said Laure, who had 12 points against the Lady Altas. "I do not see myself as a player of choice, maybe I am a player of last resort if the team needs a great team."
