Negrense's sluggers will play their full heart at the opening of the 2018 Junior League Softball League at Everest Ballpark in Kirkland, Washington this week

The team will take the Florida-based Southeast team before facing the host team.
The team that traveled 16 hours to reach Kirkland.

Oquindo stated that the team was well prepared for the competition.
"Our players have had some tough qualifying matches in the Philippines and Singapore ahead of the World Series, and I think our players are up for the challenge," he shared
Negros First will face teams Powerful like Canada, Italy (representing Europe-Africa) and Puerto Rico (representing Latin America) are Ohio (Central), Texas (South-West), Utah (West) , Rhode Island (East) and host Redmond West.
