This complaint followed a protest filed by PAO lawyers alleging irregular transactions related to the Acosta Crusade against the Dengvaxie Vaccine.
PAO represents families of children who would have been victims of the harmful effects of the dengue vaccine, whose use was stopped in 2017 after its manufacturer, Sanofi Pasteur, warned of risks.
At the protest, DTP lawyers requested the pre-emptive suspension of Acosta and Erfe during the corruption investigation.
They alleged that DTP had released funds that "had never been used for the intended purpose".
"The respondent Acosta ordered his cohorts to edit, revise and antedate purchase requisitions, purchase orders, purchase forms, memoranda and other documents. other PAO documents in order to give it a legitimate appearance and to justify the diversion of the PAO budget for the benefit of the victims of Dengvaxia. the complaint read.
Acosta called the complaint "demolition work".
More details to follow.
