Parks is hands down in the top three in this preliminary class, alongside CJ Perez of Lyceum and Robert Bolick of San Beda, during the December 16 procedure.

The son of Bobby Parks, seven times the best importer of PBA, is twice a par excellence player of the UAAP with the National University. He was named as the most valuable player in the PBA D-League Aspirants' Cup conference with Hapee Fresh Fighters and) MVP Local with San Miguel Alab Pilipinas.

Parks is also a three-time gold medalist at SEA Games, the 2015 SEABA Championship's most valuable player in Singapore, and also played for Gilas Pilipinas at the 2016 Fiba Olympic Qualification Tournament in the Philippines.

He also played for Mandaluyong El Tigre at the 2018 Anta Datu Cup of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL).

However, the team that chooses Parks should wait a little longer, as it is supposed to end Alab Pilipinas' campaign during the current 2019 ABL season, where the team is looking for consecutive titles.

The montage is reminiscent of last year 's selection, Christian Standhardinger, who first fulfilled his obligations to Hong Kong Eastern before joining San Miguel in March.
