Bobby Ray Parks has made it official for a long time.
The 25-year-old guard ended the suspense on Tuesday by submitting his candidacy to the PBA 2018 rookie draft at the league office.
"At the PBA office making it official," he said on his Twitter account after being joined by his agent, Charlie Dy, to carry out the procedure.

Parks is hands down in the top three in this preliminary class, alongside CJ Perez of Lyceum and Robert Bolick of San Beda, during the December 16 procedure.
