Miami's latest plan for MIAMI-David Beckham could be decided by the city.
Beckham is scheduled to appear before the Miami City Commission next week as he and his partners look to get closer to the stadium location for their Major League Soccer franchise. The agreement proposed by Beckham provides that the city collects nearly $ 140 million in rents over 39 years, a rate of about $ 3.5 million a year.
