The National University maintained its longest winning streak in all sports after separating Eastern University, 89-59, at the Women's UAAP Season 81 Women's Basketball Tournament on Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. .

This victory extends the undefeated career of Lady Bulldogs to 76 and 12 for the current season.

Kaye Pingol had 17 points while Ria Nabalan added 16 points for the defending champions.

The most useful player of the month, Jack Danielle Animam, had a double in 14 points and 13 rebounds, which contributed to the cause of Lady Bulldogs.

In the other game, the East India University of the Philippines (Far Eastern University) scored 80-66 to qualify for the Final Four.
