MANILA – The queen has arrived.
Catriona Gray was warmly welcomed by her fans when she arrived in Thailand on Thursday.
Videos of her arrival have been uploaded online and some of her supporters can be heard, stating that she is the next Miss Universe.

Gray went on Instagram to express his gratitude by saying, "Mabuhay! We had the warmest welcome from the supporters at Bangkok Airport! Thank you very much to everyone who came to show me their love today! We are in Thailand! "
Filipino fans of the pageant see Gray as a favorite in Miss Universe 2018, to be held Dec. 17.
They noted her recent stint with designer Sherri Hill – one of the leading sponsors of the beauty pageant – for New York Fashion Week.
Gray is considering the fourth Miss Universe crown in the Philippines after Pia Wurtzbach in 2015.
Before Miss Universe, she represented the country in Miss World 2016 and ranked in the top 5.
