The port of entry to EPCOT has been updated with an overlay from the Walt Disney World Vault collection. The overlay differs from what we’ve seen at Disney Springs and the Magic Kingdom. Let’s take a look at the Vault collection overlay.
The Orange Bird greets guests at the port of entry. It stands next to a “50” 50th anniversary logo.
Inside the zero we see the logo of the Walt Disney World Vault Collection.
A large Mickey Mouse globe hangs from the ceiling, directly under the entrance port skylight.
The globe is wrapped in a banner with a retro Walt Disney World logo.
The overlay also includes ’50’ logos on the end caps as well as flags.
A retro Walt Disney World globe icon is displayed inside the zero.
As we’ve noted with other overlays in the Vault Collection, guests should be sure to watch when visiting the Port of Entry.
Large posters of the planning and construction of Walt Disney World are displayed in every corner.
1970s-style suitcases were placed near the posters. Despite the addition of the overlay, Vault Collection merchandise is not yet available at the Port of Entry.
