Pokemon Go Rayquaza Raid Events Back

[ad_1]

If you do not have Rayquaza yet in Pokemon Go, you're in luck. Players who have missed their chance to catch the Pokemon Legendary Sky High will be able to catch one now. Niantic has brought the Pokémon back to a special Raid event that takes place throughout the weekend, giving you limited time to get one.

From March 15 to 18, Rayquaza will make a new appearance in raiding battles around the world. Before you can capture the Legendary Pokémon, you must first team up with other players in person and fight it. If your group manages to defeat him, you will receive a handful of Premier bullets with an opportunity to catch him.

Rayquaza is a dual Dragon / Vol type, which makes it particularly vulnerable to Ice attacks. You will have to bring Pokémon such as Mamoswine and Lapras to fight it. Dragon is also one of the few types of Pokemon to be vulnerable, so other Dragon Pokémon such as Giratina and Salamence should also be effective.

Niantic periodically brings back previous legendary Pokemon for special weekend raid events like this one. Last month, the Eon Pokemon Latias returned for a limited time and Niantic said his twin, Latios, would also return for a raid in the near future. Specific details on this subject have not yet been communicated, although we are organizing some of the other upcoming events that fans can expect.

The next community game day will be Saturday, March 23rd. The Pokémon presented this time will be Treecko. The legendary Pokemon Dialga is also expected to enter raiding battles until March 28th. For its part, developer Niantic has recently released new details about Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, his next Go style game based on the Harry Potter franchise. And the next generation of Pokemon games, the sword and the Pokemon Gen 8 shield were revealed for Pokemon Day last month.
