Intrusion

LOCK HAVEN – The Woodward Township Police Department investigated a trespassing incident that occurred on October 2.

Police say someone entered private property on Farrandsville Road in Woodward Township. The incident took place at 6 p.m.

The investigation is continuing.

Bullying

LOCK HAVEN – A harassment case was investigated by the Woodward Township Police Department on October 2.

Police say someone found an unauthorized person in their yard on the Lenape Trail. When told to leave the area, the person became verbally abusive.

The incident took place at 7:04 p.m.

Identity theft

LOCK HAVEN – A case of identity theft was investigated by the Woodward Township Police Department on October 2.

Police say an unknown person opened an unauthorized bank account in someone’s name. The incident was reported at 6:15 p.m. The investigation is ongoing.

Two vehicle accident

BELLEFONTE – A crash involving two vehicles was investigated by State Police in Rockview on September 28.

Police said a 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser driven by a 16-year-old woman was traveling on State Route 220 (South Eagle Valley Road) just southwest of Country Lane. The Cruiser was moving at speeds too fast for rainy conditions when it crashed into a 2014 Land Rover Sport driven by Kimberly Soltis, 46, of Snow Shoe.

Both units sustained disabling damage in the 7:57 a.m. crash and had to be towed from the scene by S&R Towing.

Violation of the PFA

MILL HALL – Lamar State Police investigated an AFP violation that took place along Creamery Lane in Lamar Township, Clinton County on October 1.

Police say a 31-year-old Mill Hall man contacted a 28-year-old Mill Hall woman via text message. The female had AFP against the male. The offense was confirmed and the man was taken into custody. The man has been taken to the Clinton County Correctional Center, where he will await his arraignment.

The violation took place at 1:10 a.m.

Flight

NOTICE – A theft case was investigated by state police in Lamar on September 28.

Police say someone gained access to the bank account of an 83-year-old Avis woman. The bank froze the account before any funds were lost. The investigation is ongoing.

The incident was reported at 3 p.m.

Social fraud

MILL HALL – A case of welfare fraud was investigated by state police in Lamar on September 27.

Police say someone has applied for unemployment benefits on behalf of a 49-year-old man from Mill Hall. The man suffered no financial loss as a result of the incident.

The incident was reported at noon.

The investigation is continuing.

Drunk driving accident

STATE COLLEGE – Rockview State Police investigated an August 7 vehicle crash along Interstate 99 in Benner Township, Center County.

Police say a Subaru Forester driven by Michael Jones, 30, of Bellefonte was involved in an accident near the Shiloh Road exit of I-99. Upon arrival, PSP noticed several indicators of the operator’s impairment. Charges are pending toxicology results from the 7:55 a.m. crash.
