The man exhibits genitals for children – Portugal

For over a year, the 27-year-old graphic designer stopped the car near schools and kindergartens in Braga and Barcelos counties and exposed the genitals to the children. Whenever it was noticed by an adult in this criminal practice, he quickly disappeared.

He quickly found another school to continue to satisfy his sexual urges. For 18 months, the judicial police (PJ) of Braga received 17 complaints.

On Monday, PJ detectives arrested the suspect at his home in the Braga district as well. Yesterday, a judge of criminal investigation released him. However, it is forbidden to approach schools and can not contact the victims.

The attacks have been at least since the beginning of last year. The pedophile, who is single, parked the car in strategic locations near elementary schools and kindergartens, in places where he knew the kids had to go. When he realized that they were still without the company of adults, he exhibited the genitals.

There are even reports of children describing acts of masturbation.

Silence in Court
The sexual predator, accused of 17 sexual abuse crimes, was silent before the judge who had questioned him in Braga District Court. He did not explain what led him to commit the crimes but refused to undergo psychiatric treatment.

Minimum Distances
The judge decided to release him during the investigation, but he is required to present two authorities a few times a week. It is forbidden to stay 400 meters from schools, kindergartens and kindergartens and 200 meters from the victims.
