Japanese Justice Minister Yoko Kamikawa said the six men were hanged this morning.
Thirteen members of the Aum Shinrikyo (Supreme Truth) group were sentenced to death. Seven, including leader of the sect Shoko Asahara, were executed about three weeks ago.
The sect had the intention of overthrowing the government and constituting an arsenal of chemical, biological and conventional weapons for this purpose.
The Tokyo Metro attack was the most important crime of the sect.
More than six thousand people became ill as a result of the attack, triggering panic during the busiest hour of the morning.
