BRICS and loans in Africa

The 10th BRICS Summit (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, from 25 to 27 June 2010. The theme of this year was & ## BRICS in Africa: Cooperation for Inclusive Growth and Shared Prosperity in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. And to make the organization's action more "inclusive" and attractive, nine African countries have been invited (eg Angola, Ethiopia, Rwanda or Senegal). An annual event and rotating organization by country, this organization has the acronym of Jim O Neil, an economist from Goldman Sachs who, in 2001, wrote a text titled "Building Better World Economic BRICs".
