António Martins Ferreira is the new president of the Rotary Club of Santarém

Married and father of two children, the new president is from Santarém , having lived all his youth in this city where he participated and graduated from Liceu Sá da Bandeira High School. António Martins Ferreira, elected for the 2018/2019 Rotary year, will have with him António Freitas (secretary), Jorge Silva (treasurer) and José Pereira (protocol director) with a degree in mechanical engineering from IST of the Technical University of Lisbon

The intention of the team is to continuously promote the ideal of Rotary through innovative actions, to internationalize the activity club, especially in partnership with Rotary.

Youth also elect the new leadership [19659007] On the same day, the new management team of Rotaract Club Santarém was also chosen for young people who share the ideals of Rotary. The president becomes Márcia Amaro, who succeeds Marcelo Morgado

The Rotaract is formed by young people from 18 to 30 years old and in this case is a club sponsored by the Rotary Club of Santarém, which already has with 55 years of 39; existence.
