The bullfighter Juan Jose Padilla lost part of his scalp on Saturday after being bullied by a bull in a pie held at the arena in Arévalo, Spain.
At the time of pickup, Juan Jose Padilla tripped and lost ground to the animal, who managed to reach the bullfighter and tear off some of the scalp next to his right ear.

Padilla, one of Spain's most famous bullfighters, was eventually removed from the arena by his companions and taken to the hospital. There is no risk of life.
