The FP (Federal Police) begins the 10th phase of the operation Zelotes Thursday morning (26) investigates practices of irregularities in the process of tax proceedings involving a steel company in Santo André (SP). The PF completed nine search and seizure warrants.
The Tenth Federal Court of the Brasilia Judiciary issued the warrants and authorized the violations of the banking, fiscal, telephone and telematic secrecy of the respondents. The measures were conducted in four states and the Federal District, reaching seven people and two companies were the subject of an investigation.
The operation is conducted by PF in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax and the Federal Public Prosecutor.

The first phase of the Zelotes operation began on March 26, 2015 and focuses on illegal practices involving CARF.According to the Reports, investigations have resulted in on 20 criminal actions, 18 disciplinary administrative proceedings, four procedures for the liability of legal persons and seven grounds for annulment of decisions already admitted and pending before the Commission.
