Rui Silvestre is the new name in front of the Vistas restaurant located at the Monte Rei Golf & Country Club. Arriving in the Algarve, he has a very clear goal: to earn a Michelin star for the restaurant that he now runs.
The new chef of Vistas is no stranger to this distinction, since he became the youngest chef in 2015 to receive a Michelin star in Portugal.
