The US Secretary of State embarked on a second day of negotiations with the North "Right Arm" in Pyongyang on Saturday to try to secure concrete commitments for denuclearization.
Mike Pompeo and Kim Yong-chol meet in a hotel in North Korea's capital to try to develop a detailed road map for the "complete denuclearization" of the peninsula.
This goal was agreed at the Singapore summit on June 12 between US President Donald Trump and North Korea leader Kim Jong-un.
