US President Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was totally destroyed by bites on Wednesday (25). According to NBC, a man has been introduced to the Beverly Hills police taking responsibility for vandalism. The identity of the suspect was not revealed.
The incident occurred at 3:33 local time (07:33 in Brasília). Police said that the man had pulled a pick from the inside of a guitar case and had broken the Trump star. He then called the police to report what had happened, but left the scene before the police arrived. The man was detained only three hours later.
Trump received his star on the Road to Fame in January 2007 for his performance as "The Apprentice" host. The tribute had already been vandalized at other times.
