The site speculates that the poster is a "fake elaborate".
Representatives of the USC did not immediately dismiss Fox News's request regarding the legitimacy of the announcement.
In March, 54-year-old husband and actress Mossimo Giannulli was accused of corrupting their daughters' ties with USC by paying $ 500,000 to scammer William "Rick" Singer. Singer would have helped Giannulli and Loughlin's daughters, Olivia Jade and aspiring actress Isabella, to be recruited into the USC team although neither of the two girls was the helmsman.

The couple rejected a plea agreement and are now facing new charges of money laundering and conspiracy to commit fraud. If they are found guilty, Giannulli and Loughlin risk up to 40 years in prison.
