Pregnant Coco Rocha shows off baby bump in hospital gown as she prepares for childbirth this month

In a clip uploaded to her Instagram, Coco shared snaps of herself taken during a photoshoot earlier this year where she wore a leopard print dress.
These were followed by two snaps of her in the hospital, in one of which she appeared to mimic one of her poses from photos taken earlier this year.
In another photo, the Canadian star cradled her bump as she posed in front of her hospital bed.
