Nika Gholami took top medal honors and St. Francis took two wins in the women’s West Catholic Athletic League golf action at Sunnyvale Golf Club on Monday.
The Lancers (9-1, 8-1) will face Valley Christian on Thursday, October 14 at Los Altos Country Club. The Warriors handed St. Francis their only loss of the season on Sept. 21 at CordeValle.
St. Francis recorded a team total of 195 over nine holes. The presentation scored a 225 and the Sacred Heart Cathedral finished with a 251.
In the Bay Division of the Peninsula Athletic League, Natalie Benrey and Katie Spivakovsky shared medal honors, each shooting a 41-round at Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club.
MA passed Mills 270-309 to move to 7-3 in PAL play. Angelina Heller, Chrlotte Dunn and Morgan Baudler also scored for MA.
