Prosecutors at the US Attorney's Office in Washington and Flynn's new lawyer, Sidney Powell, have asked for a new delay in sentencing in a joint report filed Friday.

They wrote that Flynn could testify at the trial of his former trading partner in the East Virginia District in July, after which his cooperation with the government would likely be complete. They asked to file another status report within 60 days.
