PS5 and Xbox Series X / S get Walmart restock tomorrow

Haven’t managed to get an Xbox Series X, Series S, or PS5 yet, but don’t want to try your luck on Black Friday? Walmart won’t keep you waiting, as the retailer will receive a new supply of each version of the two systems tomorrow, November 19.

Available at Noon PT / 3 p.m. ET on November 19, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS5, and PS5 Digital Edition will all be available to order at Walmart.com. This is an online replenishment only “while supplies last”, which means you’ll want to be ready to purchase them quickly when you get started. It’s a good idea to be logged into your Walmart account and have your payment and shipping information saved in advance. On launch day, the PS5 and Xbox Series X restock at Walmart in minutes amid site crashes and slow load times, so a good deal of luck is required here as well.

We’ve seen next-gen consoles appear sporadically online since their initial pre-order dates, but they’ve often been presented in very expensive bundles with headsets, controllers, and additional subscriptions that you might not want. With Walmart Replenishment, you can buy only the console and can then buy whatever you want afterwards. We strongly recommend that you place your order for the console first, then place a separate order for games and accessories. This will make it more likely that you can secure the console itself.

If you miss your chance tomorrow, the PS5 and Xbox Series X will be available in GameStop stores when they open at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, November 27. Meanwhile, Walmart will restock online consoles on Wednesday, November 25 at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET.
