Psaki dodged a question from Fox News’s Jacqui Heinrich during Tuesday’s daily press briefing on criticism of the president’s conduct during the dignified transfer ceremony for fallen troops, particularly for checking his watch in front of families in mourning and coffins draped with the American flag.
