Sonora, California – This weekend’s Mother Lode Views will feature Dr Eric Sergienko, acting public health officer for Tuolumne County, and director of public health Michelle Jachetta.

At the start of the show, they will talk about the recent increase in COVID cases and some optimism about the outlook for the coming weeks. They will also talk about the impact of the hike on local health services. In addition, they will explain who would benefit from Pfizer’s recall and how COVID will hopefully move from pandemic to endemic soon.

Other topics will include upcoming driving flu vaccination clinics and a recent case of measles discovered in the community.

As a programming note, we previously announced that this weekend’s show will focus on planning evacuations in Tuolumne County with the Sheriff’s Office and the Emergency Services Office. Due to a scheduling conflict, this show has been postponed to a later date.
