Nickales Ramon, 19366 State Route 115, Continental, was found in contempt for non-payment of child support. He was found in arrears in the amount of $ 2,292.08. Sentencing was slated for Nov. 17 at 3 p.m., but the court gave him time to serve the contempt action in full compliance with court orders.

The charges of speeding and open container were dismissed.
