Fourth Round (No. 129 in total) – Isaiah Johnson, BC, Houston
The defensive theme continued in the fourth round, with the Silver and Black having selected Isaiah Johnson with their second pick in the fourth round.
In addition to being a sporty halfback capable of providing quality coverage, Johnson said he was willing to participate in special teams, which is music to my ears as a defender of our special teams.
Quality pickup in the fourth round for the Raiders.
Fourth round (No. 137 in total) – Foster Moreau, TE, MJU
After a race against defensive players, the Silver and Black returned to the offensive with their final pick in the fourth round, choosing the tight half LSU Foster Moreau at 137th.
Moreau will be an interesting beginner to follow throughout the offseason training program.
His 52 receptions set the tone for the Tigers program, and with his athleticism, I'm thrilled to see the kind of role he played in Coach Gruden's 2019 offensive.
Fifth Round (No. 149 Overall) – Hunter Renfrow, WR, Clemson
After selecting Renfrow in the fifth round, we have officially renamed the Oakland Raiders of Clemson team.
I'm kid, man, but with Renfrow now the last wide receiver for Silver and Black, Mayock and Gruden have selected Three Clemson Tigers in the last three days.
As far as Mr. Renfrow is concerned, he is a devious passing receiver, who always finds a way to open.
Oh, and he probably has the most recognizable catch in Clemson football history.
Strong and strong choice on the third day.
Seventh round (No. 230 in total) – Quinton Bell, DE, Prairie View A & M
Quinton Bell, a player known to be brutal on the defensive side of football, has entered the NFL Draft Class 2019 for the Silver and Black categories.
Bell is a sports marvel, who has a track experience, and although he still has a lot to learn about the nuances of the runner's run, his athletic defensive end is at his best choice in the seventh round.
Oh, and his uncle, Nick, also played three seasons with Black and Silver.
