Re: ZERO - Starting life in another world-

It’s been 6 episodes since part 2 of Re: ZERO – Starting life in another world- season 2 started airing and finally viewers got to watch the opening, which includes Mayu maeshima sing “Long shot”. The Re: ZERO Creator Explain why it took the anime so long to reveal its openness!

Although many have speculated that this may have been due to the length of each episode, which exceeded the usual 24 minutes seen in most TV anime, but the show’s author, Tappei Nagatsuki explained that the real reason behind the delayed premiere was due to spoilers!

In the Tweet above, Nagatsuki explained that the opening is “full of spoilers, so it couldn’t have been played since the start of part two.” For those watching, after seeing the opening it was obvious that it is full of spoilers for the stories that proceeded to the 6th episode, with many spoilers that would have taken minds away if they were released with the first episode of season, but it’s good to have confirmation from the creator himself! It was also nice to finally hear “Long shot” after all this time!

What did you all think of the opening? Let us know in the comments below! And if you haven’t yet seen the episode in question “The Permafrost of the Elior Forest”, you can. here on Crunchyroll!
