Bakers check your pantry. Two grocery stores have announced the recall of Pillsbury flour due to a risk of salmonella contamination.
Publix and Winn-Dixie said on their websites that two batches of unbleached all-purpose flour from Pillsbury had been recalled, the Miami Herald reported.

According to Publix, more than 12,000 boxes of flour have been distributed.
The product codes are as follows:
- UPC 051500222416, lot 8,292, no later than April 19, 2020.
- UPC 051500222416, lot 8,293, no later than April 20, 2020.
If you have the recalled flour, Winn-Dixie and Publix advise you to discard it or return it for a full refund.
