ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Residents in the direct passage of Great Hurricane Dorian will likely be in need of food and supplies after the storm.

Here is a continually updated list of organizations, businesses and groups in the Bay Area that collect relief supplies, hygiene items and services for people affected by the cyclone.

Pinellas County

Bay Area pilots collect donations and supplies to bring to the Bahamas once the storm is over. A GoFundMe was created to raise funds. (Spectrum News is not affiliated with any of the personal online fundraising pages. Go to the band's website to get information on what to give and where to bring it. They are looking for: tarpaulins, batteries, generators, non-perishable foods, diapers, infant formula, personal water filtration devices, tools and cleaning products.

CASA St. Pete is currently collecting donations for victims of domestic violence on the east coast who are currently staying at his shelter in St. Petersburg. They need personal hygiene items including shampoo, conditioner and body wash product. They also ask for a formula for baby.

Polk County

Donations are collected in Lakeland. They will be brought to the Bahamas next week. You can drop food and supplies at Maurice's Auto Repair & Towing at 3025 Drane Field Road in Lakeland.
