The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has identified remains found in a house in Block 4100 West 77th Place under the name Marlen Ochoa-Lopez. They said his cause of death was strangulation by ligature. His death was described as homicide.
At around 7 pm, the police investigation seemed largely centered on a campfire in the back yard.
A spokesman for the Ochoa-Lopez family said the public councils had led them to direct the police to his home located in block 4100 West 77th Place. Police said four people of interest, two men and two women, were taken from the house for interrogation on Tuesday.
Three people of interest are still in custody Wednesday, the Chicago police said.

Ochoa-Lopez had already been identified as Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui. Uriostegui is the name of his mother. The police and the forensic pathologist of Cook County have identified him as Marlen Ochoa-Lopez.

"She was giving clothes, supposedly under the pretext that her daughters had received clothes and that they had all these extra clothes, and that's where the false pretenses brought her into this house ", said the spokeswoman for the family, Cecilia Garcia.

A woman who asked to remain anonymous said that the woman of the house had the habit of keeping her baby until she started to act strangely.

ABC7 Eyewitness News told several neighbors who wanted to remain anonymous that on April 23, an elderly woman residing at West 77th Place was seen bleeding and holding a baby wrapped in a towel, shouting that her baby was no longer breathing. It was the same day that Ochoa-Lopez was seen living in Pilsen.
One of the women living at home would have called 911 after the baby was born, claiming that it was his.
"The caller gave birth 10 minutes ago," said a 911 dispatcher at the Chicago Fire Department. "Forty-six, baby is not breathing, baby is pale blue and blue, doing CPR."

Officials from the Chicago Fire Services confirmed that shortly after 6 pm the fire department responded to the address of a distressed baby. CPR was performed and the baby was taken to the Christ Hospital, officials said.
The family said Wednesday morning that the baby had been found alive and that he was in the hospital.
On Wednesday, a family spokesman said that after being able to perform a DNA test, the detectives were able to confirm that the baby taken to the hospital in April was the child. Ochoa-Lopez.
