REPORT: The MLB is experimenting with the insane idea of "stealing the first base" in the Atlantic League

Baseball purists have just lost their heads.

If someone asks you "How many ways can a hitter achieve the first goal?", You could simply add another way to make this happen in the future.

The Major League Baseball will allow the Atlantic League hitter to steal the first goal in the second half of the Atlantic League season, according to the Washington Post.

Major League Baseball is associated with the Atlantic League in February. If any of these ideas persist, the MLB might consider adopting it in the future.

Here's how it would work:

In the second half of the season, the league will allow the drummers to steal the first goal: all throwing on an uninflated account will be considered a live ball and a batter may run to first base, as a third lost catch.

Thus, on any ball left by the receiver, a runner may attempt to steal the first goal.

If this rule were to be adopted by the MLB, it could radically change the value of some players with a maximum speed, because they would be more coveted by the teams.

However, there is no guarantee that this will happen, as the MLB has also experienced the displacement of the mound and the automated strike zones during the 2019 season of the Atlantic League.
