Rod Stewart just revealed that he had been diagnosed with cancer, but the diagnosis was made in 2016. In July, he received the report quite clear from CNN. "Two years ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer," revealed the singer at a fundraiser for the non-profit project Saturday in England, according to the guardian. "I'm in the void now, just because I caught it early. (…) I've been working for two years and I'm happy, and God is taking care of me." He added, "Nobody knows, but I thought it was about time to tell everyone." Stewart, 74, also urged men to be controlled: "Touch the buttocks, no harm." (Read more stories from Rod Stewart.)
