Arctic also has a factory in Găeşti, where it has produced more than 31 million refrigerators to date. In 2017, Arctic began construction work of a new washing machine factory, which will be located in Ulmi, in Dâmboviţa County. The new investment is Greenfield type and will be the first production unit of Arçelik Group built according to the Digital Industry 4.0 standard. The factory will integrate advanced technologies such as wireless communication of production lines with other Arcelic Group countries, as well as intelligent machines
