Steaua brand remains at CSA

The appeal court in Bucharest rejected on Tuesday the decision of the FCSB asking SCA Steaua to no longer be entitled to the mark "Steaua" and its cancellation.

In addition, according to the report of the decision published on the portal of the court, the court of appeal also rejected the decision of the High Court of Cassation and Justice.

After hearing the news, Gigi Becali intervened at Digi Sport and claimed that he had actually won this process.

In reality, however, Becali's position was based on the fact that the court had allowed applications for resolution of the objections of material incompetence, inadmissibility and referral to the Constitutional Court.

After the sentence of Tuesday, the Steaua will remain the property of the army.
