These are counties: Dolj, Vâlcea, Olt, Argeş, Teleorman, Dâmboviţa, Giurgiu, Prahova, Buzau, Ialomiţa, Ilfov, Călăraşi, Vrancea, Braila, Tulcea, Constanţa and Galati.
