A little girl discovered that she could be executed by the Buzau Emergency Hospital, where she was admitted five years ago. The bailiff informed the 8-year-old girl that the Buzau emergency hospital had spent nearly 500 lei for her care. Ilinca was three years old when he was easily hit by a road accident caused by his father. The child was hospitalized for three days at pediatric surgery. Five years later, the hospital notified him of the number of criminal cases opened after the accident. The girl is informed that if she does not do so within five days, the hospital may also request a forced execution to recover the costs.
Police investigated the causes of the accident in August 2013 and decided not to initiate criminal proceedings.
Brother Ilinca was injured more then. He was transferred with the SMURD helicopter to a hospital in Bucharest where he was hospitalized for 10 days. However, he did not receive any notification.
