The information on the bombs appears in the press. The draft order of urgency on Amnesty and Pardon is nearing completion and would be adopted at the last government meeting before or after New Year's Eve.
According to RIPTIRIPESURSE.ro, there are currently two hypotheses. The first is that the law on amnesty and pardon would be passed before the end of this year and that the Minister of the Interior, Carmen Dan, would take the act. Florin Iordache, author of GEO 13, will deal with the text of the ordinance.
The second hypothesis is the question of the amnesty PAE in early January, just after Romania assumes the presidency of the EU Council. Most likely, the GEO on memory and forgiveness will be adopted without public debate.
The information seems to be confirmed. Justice Minister Tudorel Toader today avoided a strong response to the GOU on amnesty and pardon.

"I have repeated many times and I will do as anyone else: we have answered this question and what I have answered many times to this question remains true", said the Minister of Justice, according to agerpres.ro.
On the insistence of reporters, Tudorel Toader replied: "I respect you and understand your interest, which is after all public order, but this question has often been asked me." Toader said after the government party meeting.
