Dinamo writes the story! The "dogs" defeated Thun 33-29 and qualified for the playoffs. The group "white-red" is the first Romanian men's team to go so far

  • Bannour returned to the field after the injury and was the man of the first period with 6 goals. The Tunisian was stamped before the break of an opponent and did not cross until the end.
  • Saeid Heidarirad was again fabulous in the goal. The Iranian scored a half-circle goal of the other and finished the match with 38% one percent (41% in the second half)
  • Dinamo is likely to win the group if Ademar Leon does not lose on his own pitch with Elverum

The Romanian men's handball champion has ended the Group D matches in the Champions League. Stephen the Great Wing Street won the match with Wacker Thun, earned a score of 33-29 (15-14) and qualified for the playoffs of the final of the supreme club competition. No other men's team in Romania has arrived in the new league format.

Dinamo has 14 points in the standings, as does Wisla Plock, but he is superior to Polish in direct matches. The Romanian champion is waiting for the matches on Saturday and Sunday, Ademar Leon – Elverum (1 December, Group D) and Silkeborg – Sporting Lisbon (2 December, Group C), to face the opponent he will meet in playoffs in the future February.

Dinamo quickly went to 5-2, but despite the start of the match, the bidding in the Dinamo game was huge. Komogorov did not easily find the way to the goal, just like Black, on the far left. Bannour has always been in the air and the balloon has barely penetrated the pivot. In these circumstances, Alouini took the match alone, but had good and not so good. Thus, Wacker Thun came back and took the lead, scoring 9 to 7 in the 18th minute.

It was his turn to become Amine Bannour. Inter Tunisian, who missed the last two games of the Romanian champion because of a muscular problem, has not stopped until the break, which allowed Dinamo to retain his advantage. His goals, but especially the interventions of goalkeeper Saeid Heidarirad, allowed Dinamo to score a goal of 14-13. Unfortunately, at the last goal scored, just before the break, Bannour was tough with an opponent and could not return to the field after the break.

In the second half, Dinamo unlocked. Komogorov reopened the gun that Dinamo needed, Gavriloaia played squarely on the far right, Szasz scored and made 7-meter shots (flawlessly executed by Zulfic), and all the others filled their minds. 39; team rarely seen in Romanian teams. This was particularly visible in the defense, where Captain Savenco fully mobilized his colleagues. Heidarirad was finished, but he even managed to score from the door in the middle of the second half, while the score was only 19-17 for Dinamo.

The Romanian champion has been decisively behind in the last ten minutes. First to four goals (27-23), then to five (29-24), the two "sprints" coming from the hand of Gavriloaia. When the table scored six more goals, 31-26, the "dogs" slowed down, taking advantage of the last seconds of the match, alongside the 60-70 fanatical supporters who made their own move to Switzerland.

But not all players let the shield down. At the last minute, Heidarirad had three interventions in "face to face" situations, so as not to leave any interpretation of "man of the match".

Thanks to this skill, Dinamo went into history as the first men's club in Romania to reach the barrage of the best players in the Champions League.
