The court in Cluj-Napoca dismissed the infringement of actress Oana Mardare, the one raised by the gendarmes at an anti-gay rally on July 1, 2017, according to clujust.ro.

"This is a violation of the complaint for contravention filed by the petitioner Oana Mardare in contradiction with the group of mobile gendarmerie of Cluj-Napoca.He retains the minutes verbally and legally, with a right appeal within 30 days ", according to the court decision.

Last year, on July 1, Mardare participated in the LGBT community march, "Cluj Pride", and was subsequently present on Avram Iancu Square, at the new right-wing ritual, in order to support the traditional family. Then she was picked up by the gendarmes and put in a van because she was upset by the event.

Oana Mardare wore the white shirt with the message "#spunedrept" and interrupted the speeches by saying that the LGBT walk that he attended was not obscene. The new PRU and PRM members on the market asked the gendarmes to remove it saying it was "provocative".

In a press release issued by the Gendarmerie Cluj, a young woman spoke of the "words and expressions of objection to the legitimacy" of the gathering for normality and was removed from the crowd to "avoid a possible conflict with the other participants ".
