Taiwanese manufacturer Asus announces the local availability of FX505 and FX705 notebooks for players.
The two 15.6 "and 17.3" diagonal laptops have processors up to the Intel Core i7-8750H and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics cards for the top model.
The memory capacity can reach up to 32GB of RAM and the 512GB SSD storage medium for the most expensive version and can reach 1 TB with a hybrid SSHD module.
The new laptops have narrow-screen displays, at least narrower than gaming computers in general, screens that the manufacturer calls NanoEdge and have a refresh rate of up to 144Hz.

The keyboard has a long stroke of 1.8mm and the trigger point has been moved up to offer a shorter response time – an important aspect in games where response speed matters a lot.
For the same reason, offering very low latency this time when connecting to the Internet, the new Asus laptops integrate an Intel Wave 2 802.11ac 2×2 MIMO network adapter.
For cooling, a technology called the HyperCool manufacturer is used, which cools the processor and the video card separately. The keyboard is also kept at a reduced temperature with the fans placed directly below.
The FX505 is available on the local market in several configurations at prices of US $ 4,000. The FX705 will arrive in Romania in December, from 4,250 lei.
