The Gyor electric motor has many new features. A new center of winding and insertion within Audi Hungary allows to roll up in a very compact way an optimum amount of enamelled copper wire, then to insert it in the housing. The electric bridge includes other large components, such as the electronic propulsion system that is installed in its own housing, but also the transmission and two shafts with a flange that transmit torque to the wheels. The production facilities, the robots, the measurements are installed in fixed positions but are not connected to each other by a linear band. Instead, employees produce propulsion systems based on the modular method in production islands. Although there is a predetermined sequence of assembly steps, the modular system allows for branched paths and greater freedom of action in the production process. Components are transported to workstations by non-driver controlled vehicles controlled by intelligent computer systems.

With the production division, Audi Hungary has installed three test benches for electric motors in the engine development department. Continue testing and loading. Employees were trained in the technical production center to become experts in the field of electric motors.
