The BSE has admitted to trading the Banca Transilvania bonds, unsecured, subordinated, denominated in EUR, bearing Euribor annual interest plus 3.75% and a total face value of 285 million euros.
The securities have a maturity of ten years and are addressed to private investors.

"The bonds have not been and will not be offered for subscription to the general public in Romania.The securities have been offered for subscription through private placements to a limited number of eligible investors", explains Banca Transilvania.
